Hand-knotted EM ceramic collar made from soft cotton yarn with a stylish gold buckle.

You can choose from many different colors of the BOHO CHIC, PASTEL DREAMS, or the new COLOUR CLASH Collection, allowing you to select the ceramic collar to match your macrame leash.

EM ceramic beads can be used for dogs as a natural tick repellent. The effective microorganisms contained in the beads can help repel ticks and thus reduce the risk of tick bites and associated diseases. We cannot guarantee 100% protection against ticks, so we recommend using this collar as an additional and not the sole protection against ticks.

The collar is custom-made and, due to the snap buckle, is not adjustable. Therefore, it is important that you provide the correct neck circumference of your dog. You can read how to measure this correctly in the measurement guide (see below).

For the EM ceramic collars, it is recommended to wear them slightly looser than a normal collar, so I suggest adding +1-2cm to the specified neck circumference. The collar is merely a decorative collar and is not suitable for attaching the leash.

Measuring instructions for collars

This collar is custom-made, so it's important that you measure your dog's neck circumference correctly. You have two options for this:

Take a measuring tape and measure your dog's neck circumference directly around their neck, leaving 1-2 fingers of space. This is how the collar should ideally fit.

Alternatively, you can also use a collar that the dog is currently wearing as a reference. Close it and measure the circumference from the inside with a measuring tape (NOT the length of the collar!). Thank you :-)

Material properties

Macrame:

Our unique macrame leash parts are handcrafted from high-quality Bobbiny yarns. They are made from 100% recycled cotton and are OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 certified, meaning they are free from harmful substances.

Despite the soft structure, the end product is robust and resilient for everyday use.

Brass:

Brass is very durable, scratch-resistant, and does not rust,
making it excellent for long-term use. It may darken due to oxidation and form a natural protective layer.

Care instructions

Macrame:

For light soiling, gently clean with cold or lukewarm water and mild soap.
For stubborn stains, use a soft brush or a microfiber cloth.
After cleaning, let the leash air dry – do not place on the heater or hang in the sun.

Brass:

Light discoloration can be polished away with citric acid or vinegar
and a soft cloth, restoring the original shine.
