If you are not satisfied with your products, please announce your return by sending an email to julia@rudisrudel.de and stating the reason for your return.

Return Costs
As we are still a very small company, we unfortunately cannot offer free returns. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Returns of Custom-Made Products
Custom-made products are generally excluded from exchange unless they were made as ordered by the customer.

However, we care deeply that our products fit, are worn, and bring joy. If you have a problem with your order, please email us at julia@rudisrudel.de and we will find a solution together.
