2. Offer and Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to order without obligation.
By clicking the “Buy Now” button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The confirmation of receipt of the order will be sent via email immediately after submitting the order and does not yet constitute acceptance of the contract. The contract is only concluded when we confirm the shipment of the goods with another email or dispatch the goods.

3. Prices and Shipping Costs

The prices stated include the statutory value-added tax.
In addition to the product prices, shipping costs will be added, which will be clearly communicated in the respective item description or during the ordering process.

4. Delivery

Delivery is made via DHL to the delivery address provided by the customer.
The delivery time is usually 3–10 working days. During times of high demand (e.g., holidays or promotions), the delivery time may be extended accordingly. We deliver within Germany and to selected countries in the European Union.

5. Payment

The following payment methods are available to you:

• Shopify Payments (including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, credit card)

Your account will be charged immediately after the order is completed.

6. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal, which is explained in more detail under [Withdrawal Information].

Note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not pre-manufactured and for which the individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive or that are clearly tailored to personal needs (§ 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB).

8. Return

In the event of a valid withdrawal, you bear the costs of returning the goods.

9. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply.

10. Dispute Resolution

The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):

We are not obliged and are not willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.

11. Final Provisions

If individual provisions of these GTC are wholly or partially ineffective or become so, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. German law applies, excluding the UN Sales Convention.
